Meanwhile in Ireland Sinbad, Beth , Mandy and Rachel continued on the run checking the papers daily. Mandy had been having nightmares about Trevor and had guilty written all over her face. At one point Mandy thought Trevor had returned from the dead when she called out Trevor's name to a stranger. One day their luck runs out while in a restaurant having a meal, a policeman keeps watch on them from another table, when the policeman goes to leave and they believe they are in the clear, until they hear sirens. Sinbad, Mandy and Beth start to make a run for it while Rachel shouts out “you killed my dad, you stabbed him” and just stands still. The others rush through the back of the restaurant only to be greeted outside by the police. They are all arrested and taken in separate police cars. That night they are all locked up in separate cells and are taken back to Liverpool on the ferry the following day, where they are yet again locked up in a Liverpool station. When interviewed Sinbad, Mandy an Beth all confess to Trevor's Murder but the police eventually discover who is telling the truth when Mandy confesses all at a local rubbish dump.
